Looking back at my Nationals collection...

I haven't been too into cards over the past year, but took a few minutes tonight too look at my collection and it brought back a lot of memories. I thought I'd share some of my favorites with you guys if you don't mind. This isn't everything, only a small percentage - but they are the highlights...

Garrett Mock: I collected him when he was on the DBacks for fun (had a few random pulls of his) so when he was traded to the Nats I was ecstatic. Now, they are grooming him to be the closer and he is a key arm in the bullpen (although he is struggling):

Jesus Flores: My favorite National, love these cards!

Colton Willems: Use to be my favorite prospect, the hype around him has died down big time. He is in extended spring training right now, he can still be very good:

Soriano: What can I say, I loved the guy...

Zim: I pulled the 2007 one!!

Haha, Kearns just never really caught on with me. He seems to always under perform (the organization had bigger expectations for him than what he is putting out on the field now).

They might trade him soon.

My work was given a Nationals engraved crystal ball for buying season tickets. Do you have any idea of the value or how many they made?

It's actually a very nice collectable, I wish the O's did something similiar.
