Looking for some help on value for this awesome looking uncut bowman chrome superfractor sheet

I can't believe you guys are actually suggesting that he cut this up and attempt to sell them individually. People do enough eyebrow-raising things in this hobby.

I'll disagree, if they are sold with the information out there of the origin etc, I don't see a problem with cut sheet items. But yeah not everyone agrees on that issue

Theacox, no one is suggesting he be shady about it. I'm just suggesting that there is more value in the sheet as singles than there is keeping it in tact. I think we have all suggested an honest approach and the logic being that this may be a more affordable way for collectors to put the superfractor looking card into there collection without breaking the bank on the real think and be quite profitable for the sheet owner.

They won't be affordable if he gets his hands on a really nice cutter and machine which can stamp serial numbers...

I understand that, and I have no problem with that scenario. If that is done, I don't really have a huge problem with that, but what's to keep the next guy from turning around and selling them as SUPER MEGA MOJO 1/1 UNCIRCULATED NOW WITH AUTO in their crappy ebay listing?

Cutting it isn't a problem in the industry , selling it as something other than what it derived from would be or altering by adding autos/numbers to the cards. Uncut sheets are items very few really enjoy or have room for. Items cut from sheets are collected by a wider audience and easier to store. It goes back to even vintage panel cards but I've got stuff and collect / seek items such as the Food disc "squares" cut from sheets etc. that I am missing.To each his own

It can happen for sure but that falls on the scum who preform that act. Unless they never hit the market , meaning companies didn't produce the sheets, then there is always a what if scenario

This is the problem with these things.

Does anyone remember the uncut 2009 bowman red 1/1 sheets that they gave out?

This was for sale on blowout a little while ago.

Notice the horrible cut marks and the even worse stamping.

But all it will take is for someone who knows what they are doing to bring down an entire year of supers.
