I'm just wondering if anyone can give me names of sets that have alot of HOF'ers in it. Any help would be appreciated thanks. Looking for huys like clemente, mantle, wagner, dimaggio, williams

1956 Topps.

I guess I should expound. It's a reasonably priced vintage set in which commons can be had for $1.50-2.00 a piece...less than 350 cards...many of the greats: Williams, Mantle, Clemente, Campanella, Spahn, Robinson, Mays, Banks, Slaughter, Fox, Minoso, Kaline, Killebrew, Roberts, and tons of star quality lesser HOF'ers and second tier guys.

I was always a big fan of the 02 & 03 Topps Tributes Sets

I love the GU cards from the Topps Tribute line, with the first set of 2001 (retired jersey edition) being my favorite. The 2004 set was a HOF set. The lesser HOF names' GU cards from these sets can be had for pretty cheap.

EDIT-what tonsofcommons said

he has a couple more

Are these prices legit??? Since they are BIN's im sure they are higher than normal or am i wrong??

Im not sure as to what they usually go for but Im guessing they may be a little less then double what they would go for auction style.

not as cheap as 150, but the best cut of a player you can get for like 200 to 300 is dimaggio...and than you could pick up a mantle and ted williams from perez steele which are alot cheaper than cuts
