The "Industry Summit" was great when they held it in Hawaii, and in my opinion has gone downhill ever since. It used to commence with a pretty good card show too. Upper Deck sent me to Hawaii on several occasions, it was a great time.

Whats BG suing for, cause he didn't get invited to the party?

1> breach of contract... We had a contract, I paid and he later reneged

2> tortious interference: summit plus john does 1-10 (think manufacturers and/or licensors) conspired to harm leafs business by coordinating the breach

3> Sherman antitrust violations... One or more john does (think licensors and manufacturer competitors) conspired to bully/threaten/strong arm the industry summit into harming our business . This is a simple anti-competitive claim which carries punitive damages that could be substantial.

Warren, glad I could clarify for you.... Why don't you quit being such a cynical little punk and worry about your own business...
Maybe some day your competitors will illegally interfere with your business... Unless you have the balls to fight, you'll be gone!
