Mark Wagner is in AAA, and is on the 40-man. I think you can honestly put Wagner, one of the three Texas catchers Boston will trade for, and Varitek ahead of Exposito for the next three years.

Expositos future is with a different organization.

EXPO! I personally like Expo a lot and I like his game/personality more than Wagners. Exposito seems to be a popular clubhouse guy and he gets along great with everyone especially the spanish speaking players. Wagners clubhouse personality seems to be a little more shy than Exposito.
Exposito really needed to cut down on the K rate and up the walk rate and hes definately done that so far with Salem. He has decent power and is great behind the plate. Hes also got a strong arm. Hopefully he can up the average some and add some more walks this season while cutting down the K's more. I really think he can be a good, smart catcher and could call great games for the Red Sox.

If he can have a stretch of games like this he should be promoted sooner rather than later. Tonight:
