And I know you've been on the Machida bandwagon for a long time!


I had Machida leading up to the fight, but then during introductions I switched my pick because I had a feeling that Shogun was taking his title that night. But I was wrong. Well, just about the him taking the title, he DID beat him. I don't think I won one fight that night.

But this time, even thought I love Machida, I'm on the Shogun bandwagon all the way. Hope he has Ninja in his corner again, and his BadBoy walk-out shirt is bad ass!

I'm a big time Machida fan but even I felt he shouldn't have retained the belt in last year's match versus Shogun. Hopefully the rematch in May will show Machida in better form and win outright.

Did anybody watch the countdown to UFC 113 on Spike last night? I don't normally watch those but guess I needed my MMA kick for the week. I like Machida, Kimbo, Koschek to win next weekend.

I watched it.


It may be wishful thinking, but this fight, I think we see THE Shogun Rua. The Shogun who will already now Machida in and out from their first 5 rounds, the Shogun who's not going to let the fight go to the judges scorecard, the Shogun who's out for blood. The Shogun the fought Rampage Jackson. Shogun has something to prove, he's angry, he wants that title more than ever. He's healthy, and he's going to avenge that loss and take Machida out.
