My girlfriend collect Cardinals...mainly Fitzgerald. She does not know about the Madden curse yet....I don't think I am going to break the news to her.

Would it be safe to say Favre (last year's cover) fell to the Madden curse? I'd say the curse really fell on me because I had to hear about/see him for another year. I also had to abandon my favorite AFC team for the season (Jets) because he was there.
