This is the kind of stuff I think of whenever people complain about the NBA. The NBA playoffs is very close to the best postseason of any sport if it isn't the best. I do have to agree that the regular season leaves something to be desired, but I don't know how they can change that unless they take away a couple playoff spots (wouldn't happen for financial reasons) or reduce the # of teams (wouldn't happen for pride reasons).

That's unfortunate. The NHL playoffs are awesome. I don't watch much in the regular season (mainly because my team rarely gets broadcast here). Even Comcast carries it in their digital package, and they suck.

I think the NHL and NBA have the two best playoffs. I think the NBA edges out the NHL because you don't need to buy a special package to watch all the games.

Nfl playoffs are pretty good too. Almost any sport's playoff is excellent.


Also, it seems like the Cavs/Lakers are both underestimated and underplaying their opponents. Getting big leads(both lakers and cavs had them) and blowing them is something you cannot do at home. Also, would anyone else put Dwight Howard on lebron there at the end?

Every sport's playoffs are great. The only difference is that the regular seasons suck in NHL and NBA, while they are still entertaining in the MLB and NFL (IMO, at least).
