Magnetic Holder Question

Just a ****** here: I'm thinking of buying a few 25-count boxes, to hold some Chrome. Now, we know it's the norm for most Chrome cards to be arched: Should I buy 35pt, or 55pt? Thanks for any help.

Thanks, Jurgy. Do you think the card's integrity gets lost (i.e., the arch), at 35 pt? Too bad I don't own a single 55pt magnetic holder, to try it out.

55 pt is like the thickness of a fleer or ud game used card. While that thickness does vary at times, I think it's the best comparison. I personally would choose the 35 pt though I don't care too much about the card curvature.

Its a a 35pt holder. The card aches like it does because of the way its made. But its not a condition thing. IMO...keeping them as flat as possible is best.

Okay, I see. The reason I ask is simply because I'd like to know if the curvature means anything (again: integrity of the card)? Superfractors will be going into these magnetic holders, so.... Thanks again, for the help.

You know...if you let them...these kinds of cards will curve so much that I think it could actually eventually harm the card. I found a stack of them at a dealers place the other day that I was pretty worried about. They looked like a semi circle. ::facepalm::
