What makes it special is that it's one of only 2 copies of ANY Diamond King from the 80's and early 90's era signed by Sutton. A lot of the other guys have parallels (much like my 1/1's being platinums).
Worked out a trade with a guy who took it off of eBay, and I'm very glad the trade was good for both of us. This is the #2 rarest DK auto for my set behind Alvin Davis, who has one that is 1/1 (only). It's one of those things you never expect to show up, and the guy got it that day at a show in New York. He said the dealer laughed at him when he bought it (for way less than what I traded on it), because "no one was going to want such an ugly card". I'm just glad Burbank never got a hold of it. It would have been a $600 listing.
