A ebayer with nearly 10,000 positive feedback is blackmailing me with feedback and telling me to issue a refund because I cant prove that his card was delivered (through a tracking number)...He even hinted that he has the card in hand but just wants to get his money back. Shipments sent internationally cannot be tracked....Great... :x

same thing happened to me with a canadian buyer a while back. he said he never received but asked for half refund. i said no, he opens dispute, he wins, leaves me a + feedback for great card, fast shipping....unreal...

I know for a fact that I sent the card within two business days of his payment (he sent payment on the 27th, I had to send on the 2nd of March because their is no mail on saturday or sunday here). So he is essentially complaining about not receiving an internationally shipped card in 5 normal shipping days...unreal....

But he should have to sign for it. I had to go to the PO and sign for a package I got from Taiwan.

Nope, I have never had to sign for a packaged shipped regularly from the US, and vice versa. If I had shipped the package via express (which costs $15+), he would have to sign for it + it would have a tracking number up to the Canadian Border.
