Players Union will argue (and probably win) that he served his 100 game suspension last year, but MLB will punish him this season with likely 50 games once he is signed with someone.

Can't imagine it takes much $, could be a decent gamble for a team on the edge of the playoffs (Marlins?)

He retired instead of serving his 100 game suspension.

Retired does not equal suspended.

Good, I'm honestly happy he is coming back.

This is great for baseball.

Now, once he tests pos again, he will be gone for good and we will never have to deal w the pos again.

Hopefully he will be the player w the best career numbers who never gets in the hof.
