They should have their contracts lowered due to lying about their performance. Now he will most likely not be as good a player if he has to lay off the juice, and he is now not the same player they signed. It should be a breach of contract.

Only if this was stipulated word for word in the contract.

Although I am fairly certain that they don't get payed for the games they are suspended. I believe that's why you see guys appealing 3 and 4 game suspensions.

Other then being legal, how is this any different then Brian McCann having laser surgery to improve his vision ? If you want the sport to be competitive and balanced with everyone playing on their God given attributes, how is allowing a player to correct his eyesight through surgery fair ?
