I pick up a lot of the 1998 SPx Finite Juan Gonzalez cards. Makes a lot of sense to hoard a card I'll never have a significant percentage of, right?

I've found that by focusing on specific events and areas of collecting which I believe are particularly "important," I can find items that I find particularly interesting and relevant. It means not picking up too many items (and selling off much of the items I've collected over the years) but the result is finding items that somehow seem to matter a bit more (to me anyways).

2004 DR Longball Leaders #LL-05 137/250 -Love the image of the big baseball in the background.


2017 Topps Rediscover (1993 Silver) -Looks nice and the card is in great condition. Some ebay sellers are listing these cards as Topps Heritage. Are they? I didn't think they were.

I believe these rediscover cards are inserted in Topps and in the Heritage.

The 1996 SportFlix Artist's Proof card, while extremely ugly, isn't necessarily easy. The odds of pulling any single individual player are 1 in 6,912 packs. What sane person would ever want to subject themselves to something like that?
