I saw Scotty's mention in another thread about how he could be called up in Sept, so I decided to look him up.

9.1 IP

10 BB and 21 K's!

Has anyone seen him pitch in Pawtucket? How the heck does he have that many walks and K's?

Experience will get him by in AAA. As a long time Cubs fan.. I can tell you that his style.. especially years out of the bigs will translate to a mid 4 era.

He pitched here in Syracuse... 1 1/3 inning: BB, HR, 4K's!!! Was @ the game but the wife is a nurse and she got called into work and I missed it.

glad you missed the game for someone having health issues . Nurses aren't thanked enough IMHO

He seems to be like Carlos Marmol seems he can walk the side and then strike out the side.......Ok well Marmol most of the time can't get out of it.

Latroy Hawkins was like this as well in relief when he was with the Cubs
