Coghlan has been coming around lately. I assume Maybin would be the odd man out.

I have a few stories on Stanton, but no doubt he is a beast and will feast on pitchers!

He did sign my baseball for me BUT that was because a good looking chick called him over and I was close by :lol: .

LOL - is that what it takes? I've noticed that if I know the player's name and ask him nicely to sign my ball, they will come over. It could be that I'm female though.

It always works Lisu...unless they're one butt ugly girl...standing next to girls along the 1B or 3B line is always my strategy. Players love it when a girl calls out their name..."Shane...oh Shane..can you sign my...". I just piggyback on that and they sign my stuff as they oogle at the girl!

Maybe the dealers who shove 10-15 things for him to sign at one time may be a factor...typical at minor league games...

Yeah just the way he carried himself.... and the attitude towards fans seemed "Prickly".

Not one of the worst I have seen, but surely not one of the nicest to fans... but I know that every city he goes to he is being hounded for autograph requests so MAYBE that is getting to him, who knows.

Matt Dominguez & Andrew Miller on the other hand are class acts!

Ross is a CF/RF.... Coghlan is a LF/RF..... Stanton can get to LF... Coghlan over to RF.. Ross to CF.... Thats how I see it happenign

Agreed. Stanton just ignored the fans on the 1B line during spring training '10 and just seemed very bothered by the fans. I do agree that Dominguez is an absolutely great signer as well as Brett Carroll, Gaby Sanchez, and even Dan Uggla.
