unfortunately, he will always play second fiddle on the Giants.

plus, it doesn't seem like anyone cares if he is already a major leaguer.

I think he is one of the best kept secrets in baseball.

Too bad his prices reflect that fact all too well.

I bought a couple lower numbered hoping for the best but I will be lucky to make a couple dollars

WOW i didn't follow the game at all last night (was out and about)

But jeez Matt Cain only allowed 1 hit, the only base runner and went 9 shut out innings while striking out 9! That's the cain i knew was in there! and against the power hitting D-Backs who roughed up Lincecum. Im lovin it.

when in doubt, get chrome RCs. They are always searched and collected by collectors. Good for "flipping" but i want some for my PC haha

Quick Pitch was 1000x better last year. Now they have Hazel Mae hosting the weekday show. I can't stand her. I just mute the TV and listen to the radio.

Agreed. Quick pitch with Matt Yaloff (sp?) or any one else was a lot better than Hazel Mae....

Not until he gets some wins. Going 9-13 with a 3.00 ERA isn't going to get you noticed. Unfortunately, he and Zito have had some of the worst run support in the majors in the last few years.

I LOVE Matt Cain and would trade Prince Fielder nearly straight up for him. If I were collecting him, I'd be stoked that his prices are so low.

Hmm as good as prince is, i don't know if i would be thrilled with that trade as a giants fan :/
