Pretty ridiculous. They've played more than half the season already and he's been insanely lucky to get the run support he has gotten to win 13 so far (obviously he's also been quite good but he has definitely not been the best pitcher in baseball despite his record). He won 1 game in the second half already. 8 more would still be a great half and that would get him to 21. Could easily see him ending up with 19-21.

Agreed, he has been a solid pitcher that has for the most part kept his team in the game every single start and no small part of that has been his teams run production behind him. But as phenomenal as these 2 combining factors have been the first half, I think it would be a miracle to see it come together so fruitfully for the entire second half as well. I too predict a 19-21 final W stat for him.
