ESPN currently predicts 25 along with 271 Ks.
Pretty ridiculous. They've played more than half the season already and he's been insanely lucky to get the run support he has gotten to win 13 so far (obviously he's also been quite good but he has definitely not been the best pitcher in baseball despite his record). He won 1 game in the second half already. 8 more would still be a great half and that would get him to 21. Could easily see him ending up with 19-21.
