Dating back to my love of food issues and similarly distributed cards and items, I discovered these 2007 or 2008 (depending on where you look) Kellogg autographed cards. I think they were inserted randomly in boxes of product. I bought the Hank Aaron a while back, still sealed, and it came with a flattened box that described the promotion. At the time, none of the other subjects I saw were decently priced, so I forgot about them.

A few weeks ago, I stumbled upon one (which has not arrived yet), so it got me looking for them again. This time, I was able to secure a couple at really good prices, considering they are manufacture certified. The design isn't great with unlicensed, somewhat crude black and white drawings of the players, but still it's a set that is right in my collecting range. Today brings basketball HOFer Lenny Wilkens and David Robinson.

I may not chase the other "lesser" sports subjects like Peter Jacobsen, Kyle Busch and Kristi Yamaguchi unless i can find some similar deals. Right now, those listed on ebay are much higher than I am willing to pay for any of those three. Still, I think the set is complete at 7 subjects and I have 4 out of 7 (with one incoming still, to be shared here when it arrives), so finishing it would be cool despite me not really collecting much outside of the big 4 sports.
