Also, another thing blocking this is that #5 probably wouldn't sign an extension and would leave at the end of the year.

Interesting, Mike & Mike were saying 25-30 lbs off. I assumed that was from his weight of 270. Maybe it was from 300?[/quote:226nsurw]

That's what I have heard as well. 300lbs is just ridiculous. If he wants to play heavy and be a bit sloppy he should give pitching a try.

This trade would be terrible for the raiders as they lose a guy who 1 wants to play in oakland and is great in the locker room and second as someone else said the eagles would take a 1st or 2nd round pick for the guy so why wouldnt the raiders who have a history of horrible drafts trade their first round pick to philly for mcnabb and one of philly's picks rather then waste the millions on the pick. Also its unlikely mcnabb stays in oakland after this year.

Only Philly fans would want to get rid of a HOF QB. These are the same fans that booed Mike Schmidt, their best player in franchise history.

This is getting to sound more and more like a deal that WILL happen. It looks like Crazy Al is willing to pay McNabb over $11 million for this year, without knowing if he'll stick around for 2011 ( which I doubt he will, when Minnesota would be more open).

Looks like all they will have to give up is the 39th pick to get it done though. As a raiders fan im much happier with that since the raiders cant draft well at all. I wish they would trade their first rounder as well. Plus all they have to do is franchise next year and they get him for atleast 2 years. Keeping nnamdi and adding mcnabb makes this team a whole lot better right off the bat
