i like that they are all scrappy and all but im more worried about redding right now. still not comfy with ollie either so hopefully lance broadway can show us why he was drafted in the 1st round ::facepalm::

honestly, our options are not good. niese looks like he's still struggling in the minors, ollie i have no clue, maybe one or two more starts for redding but there isn't any options in our system

my man pelf though! last 5 starts 1-1 but avg'ed 7 innings and 2 er. not too shabby!!!

was parnell a starter or reliever? i think he's got the goods and would love to see him get a chance at a start soon

WOW, It was just as horrible in person as print! :lol:
I looked at the scoreboard at the lineup and the guy behing me said "I guess we're giving this game away". I didnt see the TV coverage. What was Manuel's explanation for the lineup?

He wanted to give Wright and Sheff a day off.

It doesnt look good for Mets fans this year. I love their lineup when healthy, but their SP beyond Johan is horrendous. Anyone think they consider moving Reyes later this year for a quality starter?

I actually like their starters.Livan has been awesome,Pelfrey has shown he can be a solid #2 starter,Maine has struggled but hes been a solid #3.
