I hope he falls to the 6th or worse round, loses all of his skills, and never starts a game the rest of his life.

He will follow in the footsteps of another Michael....Williams. Except Williams was forced back into the draft by the league. Crabtree will join him in a few years pumping gas.

And hey Joey :grouphug:

Wow, thats just idiotic. I dont see how he thinks this will make his stock increase at all. Unless he some how figures out how to run a 4.4 forty I dont see how he is a top 10 pick again. He certainly won't be the top WR in the draft and at least as of now, next years draft looks pretty top heavy.

Is there any chance that the Niners give Crabtree the money he wants?? Until week 1 comes around I wont fully believe anything.

That site sucks. They seem to make a lot of mistakes with simple facts. I have seen articles from there where it says James Davis was a fifth round pick when he was sixth. I am pretty sure the same site was saying that Chris Clemons was a 6th rounder when he was a 5th. They do screw up a lot of facts from the little I have seen of it.

With that said, bad idea. Him and Andre Smith need to sign and act professional. They are both going to get over 15 mil guaranteed so sign and move on.

Rot you sorry sack of crap. Sit at home and watch the games on TV.
Guess what you werent the first fraking pick in the draft you were tenth. Go home and sit on your mama's lap and suck your thumb.

What a tool. It blows my mind how someone who hasn't played a snap in the NFL thinks he's too good for $15 mil. It's a disgrace not only to himself but to the old-schoolers who made peanuts compared to that and can't even pay off their medical bills. To think that some of the NFL legends are having to sell their trophies & rings to pay for medical expenses while this dink is going to sit out a year because $15 mil isn't enough makes me sick.

Let him rot!

BTW - is he that thick to see that he's most likely costing himself money anyway? The multi-millions he's missing out on this year + the experience he would gain in playing this year (= money down the road when he resigns) + his reputation for being a dink will cost him + on and on...

He's obviously not only greedy, but not the sharpest tool in the shed.

Does he not realize these two things as well?

1. Teams will be wary of signing him after all of this crap.

2. Matt Millen isn't running a team anymore.

let him go back into the draft and as he is sliding, less than 1oth, have the niners pick him again and then not negotiate with him. that would be priceless.

Lol, what a waste of picks, but it would be priceless to see his face as they draft draft him again.
