I have literally seen every single game Jordan played from 1990 on. He is definitely one of the greatest players ever but I don't think he's the greatest. There are players that have done more for basketball, players that have better numbers, and players that have more rings.

Nobody has done more for basketball! Yes there have been players that have had better Years but not better overall careers. Who has better overall numbers? (Kareem, Wilt, Russell , the Big-O) You have to look at the scope of things. Jordan played when other players and teams were more athletic than in Bill Russells, Wilts, and Kareems days . Also When those guys played there were maybe 1or2 other guys with their height or athleticism. When Micheal player there were a ton of guy who were 6'6 205 and where very athletic but Micheal just willed his way to be 10x better than them. It wasnt like Jordan was the only 6'6 guy who had athleticism. Im sure that if Micheal would have played as long as Kareem he would have held the all-time record for points. Look at Wilt, the guy was a scoring machine but Jordan still Holds the record for Pts Avged in the Playoffs and regular season and shattered Wilts consecutive scoring titles of 7 with 10. Micheal is 6'6 and Wilt is 7'1. Also Micheal has 6 Finals Mvps, that is more than WIlt, Russell and Kareem Combined!!! I could probably go on and on but I guess I just do not understand why you wouldnt think he is the best. I love Kareem, Wilt, Russell and the Big-O as they helped paved and keep the Nba a float but Micheal Jordan Took the Game where it should have been and to relms beyond what anyone could have predicted. I know some people like the word opinion but when I say Micheal Jordan was the best ever Im saying it because its a fact.

Really? Are you sure about that? There would be no NBA for Jordan to play in if not for Magic and Bird. The NBA was going bankrupt and on the verge of folding before they came into the NBA. How can you say nobody did more for the NBA than Jordan? Larry Bird and Magic Johnson did far more for basketball than Jordan did. That's a fact.
The competition in the NBA was not that great in the 90's. It was nowhere near that of the 80's. There was no other dominant team during Jordan's career. In the 80's the Lakers or the Celtics were in every single finals. There wasn't another team like that during the 90's. Had Jordan and his Bulls played in the 80's with the Lakers and the Celtics he doesn't get 6 rings of 6 Finals MVP's. I could go on but there is no use I'm not trying to convince you and I'm not going to convince you.

Again you dont watch much basketball! Yes Larry and Magic kept the Nba a float and Micheal Took it to a whole another level. It wouldnt matter what era Jordan played in he would have still won his 6 rings maybe more. No compitition in the 90's ::facepalm::. You forget that the year that Jordan won his first ring they had to get pass the Detroit Piston (Who were not old and done, as they just won the Championship the year before) and the Lakers who were the favorites to win it all. Magic still had a lot of basketball left ( We all know why he retired and it wasnt because he was old and worn out). He got thru some of the best teams of all time to win that first title. You also forget that the Bulls had to play the 90's Knicks, who were one of the roughest teams in basketball at the time, the 90's Pacers, who had one of the Best shooters (Clutch also) of all-time, then there was Cleveland who had there best teams ever in the 90's (That has Changed because Lebron is the man now), Then you had the Sixer who were tough with Barkley, Hawkins and Mahorn. Im not even including the late 90's teams like the Hornets with Grandmama and Zo, then the Orlando Magic with Shaq, Penny and 3pt specialist Scott who did infact beat Jordan and the Bulls when Jordan came back from baseball (That dint last long as Jordan won 3 after that), the Knicks got better, the Bullets were not bad with C-web, Jalen Rose, Howard, and strikland, the Pacers got better. This is just the East coast and I am not even discussing the west 90's who had some Awsome teams. Keep in mind that hacking a player very hard was still common place, it wasnt a flagrent foul like today. The 80's had some of the best players of all-time but so did the 90's. Again I could go on and on. I guess we could argue everyday but in the end Jordan will still be the best ever ;).
