Mickey Mantle $1 Bill Value?

I picked up a collection and this was in it. I couldn't find any like it anywhere ...

It actually looks and feels like $1 bill and upon closer inspection it says it is actual legal tender and is from 1995. Very cool piece either way. Does anyone know anything about it? Does anyone know the value of it? (Hoping it is worth more than $1)

I bet it is just a sticker of Mantle placed where we would normally see Mr. Washington. There are some stores that sell the stickers for a couple of bucks a pop. I got change one year around Christmas time that had a Santa sticker on it. Didn't realize it at first, but then when I went to spend it I noticed it. I know its nothing special, but I've kept it just as a cool memento

I think you may have gotten it right! I took it out of the holder and felt it ... you can very faintly feel the middle part being raised. Woohoo! $6.95 ... gotta love it

Yah, I've seen these in mall kiosks where they sell bills with all sorts of celebrity faces on them. Value is $1 plus whatever you might think a picture of someone glued onto it is.

I bought a McGwire one when I was a kid around 1989 or so. People been making those for years
