He made it, but there were two outs and the hitter swung and missed at the pitch for strike three.

Miguel Olivo? Really?

this has been a solid game.

It has been close with a lot of action, but there have been a ton errors, players thrown out on the bases, and mental mistakes by both teams. A lot of it has made me cringe.

When i say solid, i mean entertaining. It's been akin to watching 11 year olds.

Seriously, are these guys big leaguers?

You should hear frank white (one of the best defensive 2nd basement ever) destroying him on the telecast.

He should be destroyed. A completely routine groundball for the third out and instead he lets the go ahead run score in the 8th.

Alexi has a ton of talent but he forgets his brain far too often. It's getting to the point that I'd rather see Harris at 2B each day.

Holy crap, that pitch by Cruz.
In Bob Uecker's voice from Major League, "Just a bit outside!"

I don't think I've ever seen a game quite like this where BOTH teams look like they are from the Midwest League.

Adding to the Keystone Kops of the night, Bert Blyleven has agreed to eat earthworms to raise money for Parkinson research when the team returns from its next roadtrip.
