I was lucky enough to pull this in early December

I have not seen any /25 sell on EBAY since then. How much do you think this could sell for? The one #ed to 199 goes for around $25

I have no intentions of selling it right now just very curious on it

If 199 is going for 25, Id say a fair amount would be 55. Just a guess tho bc you wont know until something comes up. You never know who is out there bidding and for what reason, be it player collector, prospector, set builder, etc so I guess it all comes down to those factors.

The fact that it is #01/25 should help as well - there can definitely be a premium attached to being the first number of the print run. I'd go with a fixed price of 75 and Best Offer option now, and set it higher if he gets buzz in spring training.
