I was wondering what happened to him.

Derek Norris C Washington Nationals
Height: 6'0' Weight: 210 DOB: 2/14/1989 Age: 21 Bats: R Throws: R
Apr. 22, 2010 - 3:45 p.m. ET

Nationals prospect catcher Derek Norris (hand) was placed on the 7-day DL at Single-A Potomac.

"He had a little setback," said Nationals general manager Mike Rizzo. "He has some soreness over the area the hamate was taken out of last year, a little soreness swinging the bat, but nothing serious. We expect in 7-10 days, he'll be back and playing in games again." Norris, one of the Nationals' top position player prospects, broke his left hamate bone last October and bruised his left wrist while sliding into second base during spring training.

Erik Cordier pitching tonight. Hoping his control comes around this season. His coaches say the velocity/stuff is there.

Michael Moustakas with a 2 run shot in his first AB of the season.

Good way to start the season for Moose, I'm feeling this is the year he finally breaks out.

lucho is 2-3 with a 2b and 2rbi (14)...now batting .298. the kid is for real and i could see the angels being aggressive with him this year in order to get him back on track after missing all of last season
