Jose Reddick out of the lineup, either called up to AAA or on his way to Cleveland.

He was pulled from the game early yesterday after going 3-3 with a 2B

IMO Tillman will be a #1 starter. The guys that I see with #1 stuff are Mejia, Tillman, and Hanson.

Callaspo has 11 game hit streak and has showed a lot more power than I thought he had. I like him and Erick Aybar. Slap hitters.

Anyone think Carlos Gonzalez is still going to be a stud in the MLB one day? He seems like a 5-tool guy. Just needs some PT. He was batting .339 10HR 59RBI before being called up this year. Not done much in the bigs.

I agree ... he isn't getting consistent playing time so it's hurting his #s in Colorado.

Tillman's giving up quite a few longball's tonight. Did he give up that many in the minors?

I disagree (with your opinion) as I think Matusz will be the true #1 & Tillman will fade into a #3/average type pitcher. I personally have always thought Tillman was over-rated in term's of expectation's (I'm not sure what exactly led me to feel this way about him, but he just doesn't strike me as a #1 or even a solid #2)....No disrespect to you or your opinion, I just have a different point of view. :D

I'm officially back on the Barnese hype train... I LOVE him. He may not be a K machine but he is certainly good at limiting runs. One semi-bad game inflated his ERA though... Would be at 1.78 if not for it.

Tillman has a similar arsenal as Kershaw except he's a RH.

There are many pitcher's whom have come & gone who had impressive "arsenal's"....the key is to be able to utilize it correctly to be successful, & the jury is still out on Tillman! :D
