Finished with a nice line: 2 for 5, 2B, HR, 2 R

I am hoping he might move up to SS before the season ends, but that seems unlikely at this point.

No M.Taylor in the lineup today either...hmmmm??? All that is being reported from LV Iron Pigs is that M.Taylor won the International League Batter of the Week Award (nothing on him being injured or promoted)...The award is good news though so that's a plus, here's the link if anyone is interested (they mention several other record's Taylor broke besides the cycle this past week or so...one was 2 assist's in 1 inning, which is sweet as it shows the well-roundedness of his overall game):

+1. Apparently hes wanted to be a sheppard so he bought a farm in New Hampshire with sheep and will tend to them.

For some reason, your explanation made me think of Jewels speech at the end of Pulp Fiction.

I actually got that from what Matt Damon said to Robin Williams in "Good Will Hunting".

Teheran got lit up: 5 IP, 10 H, 6 ER, 2 BB, 4 SO

On the other side, Hagadone was pulled after 3 GREAT innings....I smell a promotion.

-Nino Leyja: 2 for 4, R, BB (liking the OBP improvement, but needs some power production)
-Tyson Ross: 4 IP, 3 ER, 4 BB, 0 SO (struggling....)

Logan Morrison with another monster night:

3-4, 2 Doubles, 2 RBI, R

Average is up to .289 all the way from the .250s only about a month ago. He's really heated up lately and seems to be finding his 2008 form once again.

Jonathan Lucroy extends his hit streak to 17 -
He's hit for extra bases in his last 9 consecutive too!
His slow start hurts his numbers, but he's finishing the season quite well.

3 Hits in 7 innings is hittable? He might not have struck many out, but hittable is a reach.

Hittable is The standard Mark Buehrle line 7 IP, 3 ER, 11 Hits ......

Hittable as in people were getting their bats on the ball at quite a rate this game. 3 base runners + 19 of the 21 outs got their bat on the ball. Bucardo is a power pitcher, he usually needs to get strikeouts to be effective (although his stint in SS this year has been contrary to that fact).
