What is it about Reno that creates .350 hitters? Last year it was Collin Cowgill and this year it is Adam Eaton, Ryan Wheeler, AND Jake Elmore with A.J. ******* not that far behind.

It's not like these guys are crushing home runs either. Although they do have quite a few doubles. I know it's the PCL, but what specifically about Reno is making everyone look like Tony Gwynn?

Alford, 1-2, 3 SB's

Reno and Vegas have "fast" infields => plenty of singles, doubles etc. I don't know if humidity has an effect. Home/away splits are not that skewed. If anything the road numbers look better (maybe more games in LV?).

Wyatt Mathisen (Pirates) is off to a great start in the GCL so far. 3-for-3 today, with 2 RBI, BB. Batting .778 (7-for-9).

******* would probably be at 0.350, but the Diamondbacks think calling him up and sending him down every other week is good for him.

according to adam rubin, Wilmer Flores and Cory Mazzoni got called up to AA.

half of those guys don't have chrome autos. You forgot two that do and they have played well Brandon Martin and James Harris
