Matt Barnes is like a more talented Jameson Taillon on a big market team at about 60 % of the price

Now he'll get crushed today so I eat my words

I don't think Betances is even worth listing anymore, 24.5 years old and walking a man per inning. They should put him in the pen and end him as a starter.

JP any word on Robbie Grossman? Hasn't played in a few days and I can't seem to find anything online.

Sounds as though someone's been a bad boy.

LEADING OFF: CF Robbie Grossman missed his third straight game Wednesday. Manager P.J. Forbes texted the Mirror after the game and said it was for an "in-house reason" but did not elaborate. Grossman had been hitting as well as he has all season before the benching. In his last nine games, he batted .275 (11-for-40) with four multi-hit games. He's hitting .217 for the season.

At the PNats game watching Barnes pitch. Chirs Marrero (Yes the Chris Marrero drafted back in 06') smacked a double off him but got outta a jam. Brings back memories of when Marrero was the stud here in Potomach like 4 years ago haha

Looks like a nice start to a pitching dual tonight, Nats pitcher struck out the side in the first making Jackie Bradley look like an idiot

Taillon is a year and a half younger. He's been on an insanely low pitching count, and probably still isn't letting 100% loose.

That said Barnes probably had the second best ever game I have seen in the Cape League.

49 year old Jaime Moyer 5 IP 1 H 5 Ks 1-0

Ugh, he's going to post amazing numbers in AAA, get 5 starts for BAL and get shelled, I know it. Regardless of what team he's on, I'm rooting for him. Just sucks he's on my favorite team, lol.

Mason Williams 2-3 w/2 2B's (15 and 16). In his last 6 games, he has 4 multi-hit games....he has a 7 game hitting streak.
