the angels need to take a step back with him. despite a strong showing this spring, he wasn't ready for AAA. his command issues came on about mid season last year and have yet to go away. the angels need to slow him down and let him succeed in order to regain some confidence. the same thing happened with adenhart and it took him nearly a year to get out of the funk.
