What do you all think of this guy? BA and others stated he was a future reliever. But he might just be the Mike Montgomery/Matt Garza of 2011 BCDP. No one wanted to pull him, but turns into an excellent prospect.

I have my eye on another projectable lefty in the Rays system. He put up another great line tonight. Dude needs a card. :mrgreen:

F.R. is another one to get excited about......we keep finding some players in Latin America which is a welcome change. I'm hoping Lobstein can add a few ticks to his FB this season, just needs a little more velocity to be a stud IMO.

I was happy to pick up Jose Fernandez, but he's a local guy (Tampa) and local guys are the only ones that seem to sell here besides Rays, Yankees, or Red Sox. One thing to remember with him though, is he isn't the normal age for a HS Draftee. He played his Sr. year of HS at 19, and I believe is already 20. So he's the same age as a 2010 HS Draftee, but if he keeps pitching like this, it isn't going to matter.

Aaron Miller on the Dodgers AA club Chattanooga had a great line tonight:

Miller a 2009 draftee basically lost 2011 to injuries so happy to see him back on the mound and tonight's outing is a real positive.
