Minor league card values/price guides/recent sells

What resource do you gents use in determining the value of minor league issued cards?
Reading the article and seeing the recent Ripken auction(s), got me wondering about the 1977 Chong Modesto Ricky Henderson value.
You barely ever see them come up for auction, looking through PSA registry, it shows 18 total graded. BGS shows 10 total.
Documented sales on Ebay are hard to judge, as they are rare to see.

And for those of us that don't have one, the '79 TCMA would be nice to know value. Should I get it graded?

The TCMA pops up a lot more on Ebay, at least giving a ballpark figure to work with . The Chong rarely pops, and its value is tough to judge based on the quality of cards that have sold.
