I have a hard time buying it even at $36 on modells.com.

The demo was pretty bad it felt like i was playing almost exactly mlb 2k10.

I spent the first 7 years of my life in Long Island, New York. Then my family and I moved to San Diego, California. Their were quite a few differences in Long Island versus San Diego. In NY the area was very diverse with many different races and financial backgrounds and fewer houses on the street and all the houses were one story. In San Diego the area I was living in was mainly white higher income people, there were a lot more houses on the street with almost no backyard to speak of. From what I can remember both areas were pretty safe and there was not much if any crime to speak of. Both areas were very safe. The one thing I defiantly remember is that the people in NY were defiantly friendlier and had no problem making friends some of which I am still in contact with today.

I would like to discuss the issue of families dealing with homelessness. Like the book describes a lot of families are one problem away from living on the streets. One medical bill or car problem can ruin the families financial stability. I think most people view the homeless as being dirty, lazy or even stupid people but that is an ignorant view towards human beings who have fallen on hard times. Where many millions of Americans could be at any second. The community is impacted by the higher homeless rates going towards programs to help these people and higher homeless rates lower home values and hurts the overall economy stability.
