I don't think they will. They will go to arbitration again after this season and try to work on a one year deal, then hope Bard is up for the task for the 2012 season

It's possible, although from what I've noticed the Zito market hasn't really improved despite his hot start. For certain low numbered autographs, there have been a few noticeable jumps. But I won a card I expected to go for about $30 more than it did last night.
