I followed him in the minors. Thought he was going to be a hitting machine the bigs. He's got great plate discipline. 7BB's and only 4K's in 71AB's. Had some personal problems to start his MLB career ,but looks to be back on track.

Gio called up. He's been doing pretty good down on the farm to start the year.

Athletics recalled LHP Gio Gonzalez from Triple-A Sacramento.
Gonzalez was 1-0 with a 2.12 ERA in four starts at Triple-A, but he'll work in middle relief on the major league level. He's taking the spot of Santiago Casilla.

I believe it was the same guy with a ton of Felix Hernandez 2004 bowman chrome gold ref autos. Tennisproboy? or something like that I know he was on Beckett..
