Hanson's debut is similar to Lincecum's and will have trouble winning like Lincecum due to the popgun offense. Wow the Tex trade is awful, Marek is crap and Kotchman is a poorman's James Loney.

I will agree with you about the Tex trade, but Kotchman is not a "poor man's" James Loney.

This year Loney has had 49 more AB's than Kotchman, and they both have 2 HR, Kotchman has 4 more 2B, and their K/BB % are very similar.

And at least Loney hits with RISP - I believe he has 40 RBI despite just 2 HR.
