I'd never do that (I wouldn't sell something until it is in hand) because what happens if you relist it & sell it but the seller doesn't send, or if you receive a damaged item? :?

No no... I would wait to have it in hand and then list it as soon as I received it. Probably have it shipped priority mail for a few extra bucks or something.
