Going to Dr. to get blood work results and test results

Morning all! Put up 80 feet of fence this weekend. Feeling a little sore and tired this morning. Did the ol' fall asleep on the couch early, and woke up around 10. Needless to say, that turned into a nap for me so I was awake until 1ish. Then on top of that, both of my kids were up a couple of times throughout the night

Test Results I’m pretty healthy except being pre diabetic- My dad was diabetic when he was in his 70’s, and my cholesterol level-red meat occasionally.

12 meds a day ---still need to lose 5+ pounds

I’m blessed to be only taking one med for blood pressure.
