Morning all! The card show at Harrah's was really good. Probably 70-75 tables. Picked up a few Royals & KC A's autographed cards. Paul Splittorff, Al Cowens, Ed Charles & Enos Slaughter (all Deceased). Already had Slaughter on an 8x10, wanted a card. And Dave Wickersham. Wickersham & Charles played for both the Royals & KC A's. Cowens was drafted in the 75th round of the 1969 draft and had a 13 year Major League career. Cowens had a few run-ins with pitcher Ed Farmer. Also, got Amos Otis to sign a game used bat I picked up a couple years ago.

I made it in and out without stepping foot in the casino. That saved me some money.

I didn't make it out...but it sounds like I need to hit the next one! I'm going to try to make the one in Olathe, though. Thank you for the heads up on these!
