Hey all, hope everyone has a great 2013.

Reallllllyyyyy rough day today. Unable to reach a friend who is going in for surgery in a couple days. She asked me to email her for support, I have emailed her, but the messages keep getting bounced back as "delayed." Feel awful that the ONE time she has reached out to me for help, I am unable to reach her. No working phone # or alternate email address I can use. Also, I am out of the state for a few days.

Feel really helpless and stressed out tonight!
