Got the PM and will reply. I don't think I'm going any deeper on Guerrieri. I'm sitting on about $400 right now, which is a high dollar amount for someone on my budget. Can't really afford to have too much more tied up. Just completely forgot I had that stash.

C turned 3 in Aug, she is really taking to activities. We have a year round soccer here for ages 18 months to Barry. Just wanted thought if parents/others have any.

Thanks guys! Sorry if the pic is huge, I'm on the app right now since charter can't set up out internet until Wednesday.

Dan- Yes. Right now the master bedroom and Teddy's room are downstairs. Upstairs bedrooms are Lily's and my office. The downstairs living space is where my weight bench and a majority of the kids' toys will be.
