Also his name and address are on the front of the bubble mailer I posted on page 3. I absolutely do not want to smear anyone's name thru the mud but to me this was 100% blatant. Even after it was an obvious scam I waited for a response before posting all this. Im gonna post this on the main board tomorrow. Just wanted to know if anyone has dealt with this guy here.

Was that sent from Dallas, Texas?! I feel like I saw that as being pulled from my LCS on their weekly email way back when.

Sorry to hear your bad luck between the bad thorpe and now this. I am also going thru a kinda similar problem. I made 6 deals with a buyer over six months ago and over the last 2 months him and his cc company have fought paypal into giving his money back. Now my pp account is negative almost $1000 and I have incurred almost $200 in chargeback settlement fees and when he did finally return the stuff it wasnt all there. Fantastic world we live in.
