Money Order Question

I recently received a ripped money order, and the ripped part either never came, or fell out while I was opening the mailer.

This is what is remaining of it. You can see the rip at the bottom left, but remember that is where it ripped, not where it ends. I have the main part of the money order, but since I am missing that small piece will I still be able to cash it?

I would take it to the Post Office and ask them. The Post Office will cash Postal Money orders, so if they won't take it, I doubt a bank will.

Yes, I am going to the post office to cash it. I guess I will go Monday and see if they will accept it.
