Monta Ellis, Ekpe Udoh and Kwame Brown to the Bucks for Andrew Bogut and Stephen Jackson.

Seems like an odd trade for the Warriors.

Im LOVING this deal.
Really hard to be a Bucks fan other than Jennings. Bogut was never going to be a consistent producer. How does Ellis fit in now that he wont be the primary scorer?

Rumors are Ellis will be shipped to Orlando.

That WAS the deal with Golden State, but the Bucks dont really need the guys Orlando was offering unless they are looking for more depth. Leaves them without a decent big man too.

Rumor is the Bucks are still looking into it. I doubt it happens but there has been talks about it.

Odd deal, but Monta is a bit overrated unless you're only talking fantasy. High volume, low percentage 2 guards aren't going to win championships. A healthy Bogut/Curry with Thompson, Jackson and a couple other pieces is heading in the right direction. Obviously, the health concerns are always going to be there for Bogut and Curry, but a healthy Bogut is far more useful to building a winner than Monta.

It's pretty clear that Golden State wasn't going to contend this year with Ellis, and they are currently 11th place in the lottery for a very deep draft. I'd assume this will improve their draft odds at landing Anthony Davis.

I Love the Ncaa Tournament, but 9pm CST time I am flipping over to Milwaukee Bucks vs Golden State Warriors tonight. Should be good TV!
