People need to understand, there is no such thing as "'roid rage"

Taking steroids doesn't make you go from a calm and laid back person to a hulking maniac that is ready to snap at any moment.

I've used them, and not once did I fly into some blind rage because I was taking them. I never snapped at anybody, got into any fights, or acted like a complete ******* while on them.

Did people I know do that? Yeah but that's because they were already ******** and the steroids gave them an inflated sense of self confidence

There is also, as far as I'm aware, zero medical evidence that proves 'roid rage as being real.

I care, but I'm caring less with every PED scandal. When they released the Mitchell report in '07 I couldn't step away from the radio I was so thoroughly engulfed in the reporting of it. Now I just get mad and yell things at the radio like "you should have known better" or "dummy". Also at this point no one is above suspicion from the water cooler boy to the guy barely hittiing his weight who was called up last week.

Buster Olney did his weekly radio spot on WEEI today, and when asked about this very thing, he said there's really nothing to it:

"“There’s a ton of speculation about it, but I know from talking with people in baseball last year that they made their own deal with Tony Bosch, and they went over the stuff that he had, and they developed the stuff that they could develop, and they went all out,” Olney said. “The idea that Bosch now is going to make a separate deal with the feds and show them a completely different set of stuff, there’s some skepticism in MLB that there’s necessarily going to be substantive stuff that’s going to come out.”

Olney added: “Now, do I think there are a lot more players potentially involved in this thing and potentially is there more use of PEDs in baseball than there were three years ago? Absolutely. I know a lot of players feel that way, specifically in regards to HGH.”"
