Shopko is like a K-Mart. It's based out of Green Bay, and has stores in Wisconsin, Minnesota, the Dakotas, and I think Illinois and Iowa, too. Maybe Western Michigan.

About 6 years ago I picked up 10 1999 Ultimate Victory boxes from ShopKo in Iowa for $19.99 each. Amazing find. They were selling in the $150 range...and I sold them in one shot for $1200.

I loved Shopko and that whole aisle dedicated to wax.

The set also had a slew of McGwire short-prints, and a few parallel subsets.
