Day 4 of Vacation. It's my daughter's 29th birthday today, spending some time with her and her kids today.

Then off to Louiville, KY to the Louisville Slugger Museum and the to see the Louisville Bats (Reds) play against the Indianapolis Indians (Pirates) at Louisville Slugger Field. 4th of July Fireworks after the game at the park.

Gonna be a great day!

Morning! Have to work 8 hours on the 4th and 12 hours on the 5th.

Make sure to give yourself a good 2-3 hours to read and study all the cool stuff! I went in April and had a blast. For your sake I hope they bought some new batting gloves for the batting cages. Every single pair they had available were full of holes and smelled awful. Also, if you plan to have them engrave a souvenir bat, make sure to give them the details and pay for it before the tour so you can pick it up at the gift shop before you leave. They have some limits on what they can engrave in the bats but I was able to talk them into at least using Adam Dunn's last name...
