How do you guys feel about the craft beer trend that's going on right now? Are you a fan? Think it'll last?

I vote get the local craft brews, but have a few major beers on tap as well for the less adventurous types. I know I'm always trying craft brews. Heck, I found one from Fulton in Minneapolis that I like so much that I stock up whenever I see it. The closest place to me that has it is 2 hours away.MrMet the reason I ask is I'm at a bit of an impasse career wise and I'm brainstorming opening a pizza joint (with legit pizza. Everything homemade, etc) and teaming up with local craft breweries to have craft beer and pizza.

Morning all. Just got done throwing 100 lb bags into a container since the warehouse guys didn't shrink wrap the pallets.

Haven't been there but tried some of their beer at Twinsfest. I somehow got hooked on Fultons Lonely BlondeYeah I'd probably do Mich Golden and something else basic too. I just want the draw of the craft brews. If you're ever down by Fulton, stop by Modist around the block too. Bunch of guys I went to high school started it and it's phenomenal.
